Jungjung, Japan, art, crochet, knit, needle, timber, fruit, vegetables, creativity

In celebration of potentially booking a trip to Japan today (!!!), I thought it fitting to feature the intricate crochet creations of Japanese artist jung jung.

The combination of timber and knit is so delicate, perfectly patterned in miniscule fashion. I love the selection of muted hues in the thread so carefully meshed and married together. Full of detail yet terribly simple in style.

V clever methinks!

Aren’t they just?! I can’t imagine how long they took to make… so detailed.

I just love the sophisticated simplicity of Japanese design – hopefully more of where that came from over there.

Flights are super cheap at the mo… you should look into it, Harriet ;)

Gorgeous. Almost makes me want to take up crotchet. I said “almost”.

Oh c’mon Ambra… perhaps you could crochet some rosemary to replace the ones you couldn’t grow!
      Thanks for popping by :)

    Can I come too?
They are so cool. I especially like the cabbage and snow peas.
