Hi, I’m Ingrid. I design, I draw, I take photos, I garden, I blog, I surf and I stretch. I love the world, my cat, my husband & family (not in that order) and all things visually beautiful.
My Hunter Valley fresh-air-wide-open-spaces-upbringing has made city existence a tricky adaptation at times. A corporate graphic designer by day, I find myself turning to nature for guaranteed rejuvenation – be it digging in my garden, capturing natural beauty through a lens, finding a sweet floral pattern, floating in the ocean, traveling or practicing yoga.
Cohabitaire is a space that I hope inspires your day, compels you to bring life into your home - and, above all – to venture outside, often.

I love taking photos. Lots of them. I’m a kiwi and I live in Auckland. But don’t hold that against me! I was born and raised on a sheep farm in Edendale which is between the two notable Southland towns of Gore and Invercargill. But don’t hold that against me either!
I spent a couple of years in London and was lucky to explore and photograph many amazing places throughout Europe, and I recently spent 3 months in LA which let me capture some unique images from the good old U S of A. I’m big on exploring and making use of the New Zealand outdoors. I do heaps of skiing, am slowly learning to surf, enjoy mountain biking, playing touch and do plenty of running.
You can keep up to date with what I’m up to through my blog or by following me on Twitter and Facebook.

Nina James & Harriet Fesq } Authors of Textile & Terrain } Sydney, AustraliaTextile & Terrain started as a way for Nina & Harriet to keep track of the millions of household and horticulture web links they’d send each other in the morning.
Nina is a landscape architect and works on big public projects whilst also thinking about turquoise necklaces, chocolate croissants, jazz concerts, sailing and flowers and green stuff.
Harriet also thinks about flowers and green stuff when she is meant to be working: writing her PhD in textile art. Mexico, tagines, The National and British designer Erdem also distract her. Oh, and they are daughters of identical twins, sharing the gene for a love of naps.

I am the owner and operator of a private Sydney based tree service company. I look at trees all day, when I’m driving, when I’m walking in centennial park or along Randwick Streets, at backyard BBQ’s, in my sleep, during the day in those empty moments when my blank expression is a hidden tree thought. Why do I ponder our woody friends so much, because I see trees everywhere! It’s only a matter of looking, appreciating, empathizing and learning from our Cohabiting friends.

Hi I’m James. With a camera over my shoulder and somewhere new to explore, I’m a happy man. For many years a commercial photographer working in the corporate world in Sydney, I’ve lately decided it’s time to get back to my roots as a visual artist. I photograph everything that interests me which is just about everything.
I live in between Lake Maquarie and the Pacific Ocean and divide my free time walking between the two. I relish being in the bush, either camping, walking, exploring or simply being. I grow some of my own food and love being in the garden enjoying the peace that connecting with nature brings.
Stay in touch with my latest photographic explorations at my blog, Far be it from me… If you’d like to view some of my commercial photography please drop in to JAM Digital Imaging
