…and I’m off!! Today begins my journey of Yoga Teacher Training in Bali!! Four weeks of study, stretching, surfing and sunning! Total tropical bliss.

It’s a dream that I didn’t realise was my dream until it fell in my lap! Sometimes you just have to be open to the world and you’ll find what you’re looking for without knowing you’re even looking… life can be funny like that.

Maybe your dream is something you’ve been pondering for a while. So what are you going to do about it?

If you ask me, it’s not worth over-thinking these things because 9 times out of 10 your initial instincts are spot on… and are you really going to hold yourself back because of that 1 out of 10? Don’t be daft! Listen to that little voice and go make it happen. As if you’ll regret it!

While I’m away you’re in for swagger of beautiful stories from some of my nearest, dearest and the most cleverest (!) people I know, I hope you enjoy them, and if you do – make sure you leave a comment to let them know. You might just make their day.
