Bougainvillea is my FAVOURITE! well, one of my favourites. I see it and dream of Mediterranean summers, South Pacific soirees and sultry Australian eves.

I’m on the hunt for a dwarf bougainvillea, the less climbing type, which would be perfect for my apartment balcony – some papery blossoms of my very own. Do let me know if you’ve seen any at a nursery around Sydney, won’t you?

This shot was taken at Seal Rocks on a walk to the Sugarloaf Lighthouse, yep, taken on the same trip as per previous Seal Rocks photo set. Don’t you think these colours are just magnificent!? The contrasting cyan and magentas really do it for me, hope they do it for your screen too :)
